Makanan .. Hurm nk wat per pikir byk byk .. juz pikir 5tips mudah dan sihat di bwah ni je ..MESTI BUAT SETIAP HARI :

# Tetapkan ambil breakfast yg berpatutan setiap pagi. *dont skip guys

# Tetapkan atur waktu mkn yg tepat, 6x sehari.
*What??!! 6kali??!! biar betul.. yes! betul sbb lebih byk kali kita mkn, metabolisma bdn pun akan lbh meningkt. tp taklah 6x mkn tu, mkn cookies! haru..

# Pelbagaikan gizi seimbang dgn mengambil semua jenis zat dlm menu harian.
*ok, kita ada 3kumpulan utama zat - 

karbohidrat, protein, vitamins & minerals.. 

Mcmana korang nk tau mknan mana ada karbohidrat (utk tenaga).. easy! 
1) Yangg putih - kecuali susu.. contoh nasi, roti, mihun, kentang etc... 
2) Protein pulak.. (untuk cell to repair & grow) susu & lauk pauk -ayam, daging, telur,udang etc.. 
3) Vitamins & minerals ( to keep us healthy) pulak - sayur2an & buah2an.. got it?

# Minum 8 gelas air kosong setiap hari.. *Takkan nk bwk gelas ke hulu ke hilir..hehe.. senang je sama dgn 4botol mineral kecik tu.. or 2botol mineral besar tu larr.. ahaksss

# Lebihkan sayur dan buah2an tp bkn yg manis manis tu tp berserat tau.. hurm contoh la - epal, oren, betik, tembikai etc.. beli je buah potong2 tu.. habis!


Why must breakfast everyday ?

Breakfast ni very important to health. No good la to leave on an empty stomach especially when kita dah tido for more/less 8 hours straight without any water and food in between. Lagipun, can get gastric due to our stomach contents become acidic and that in long run can causes stomach ulcer.. o.

If in a rush, just make sure to have a glass of warm milk or a bite from granola bars or just bite je green apple tu.


It's fact that breakfast ni is most important compare dgn lunch & dinner.
 

We cant skip breakfast & even need to take as much nutrients as possible for our body cells when taking breakfast.
